I booked a car weeks before traveling, only to arrive and find out my car wasn’t available. The staff offered a downgraded vehicle without apology. I felt like I got the short end of the stick and wasn’t valued as a customer. Definitely won’t rent from GOLDCAR again.

Yo, I thought renting a ride would be chill but no. Took forever to get the car and the dude at the counter was straight moody, not cool at all. The whip smelled funky and had some random scratches. Would not roll wit these dudes again, man. Gotta do better, GOLDCAR.
